Don't look to much into the salary as a sample of the kind of money he wants... wanting out might be the reason for the turn down.
The Leafs actually reminded me of something that happened today. I took a poop, went out and when I returned to my motel room 6 hours later, I could still smell it.
The Leafs and road food have the same effect on me.

I scored 134 a couple of years before that. Would I score higher a decade later?
One of my best friends scored 157. He's a motivational speaker now.

There's a lot of debate and controversy surrounding IQ tests and being able to assess such. I think they're more on an esoteric basis and don't serve to formally analyze one's skills, thought process, knowledge, common sense etc. It's because there are many different variables to IQ - it's a cumulative assessment and not just being able to answer questions or understand word/math excercises. So there has to be a unique and extensive analysis for each individual, which considers all these varied factors.
Anyone can be book smart but it's a whole different matter when you are talking about life skills, common sense, street smarts

They all vary. It depends on which one you take that determines points class. |

Dats funay brow.
I'm uneducated. I dropped out for 3/4 of grade 8.... showed up for exams and narrowly passed to graduate regardless. Suspended in the 1st month of grade 9(1st year of high school in Ontario) because I hit a guy with a welding iron who kept touching me with the hot metal on my arm. Never went back to school after that... not a single high school credit.
All my life I've been judged by people who are clearly morons based on my lack of vocabulary. They can't tell the difference between uneducated and stupid. Yet any discussion on history, science or geography and they show how little their government education stacks up against my self education.... as long as we leave English and advanced math out of it.

People continually underestimate self-educated. Do you truly have a lack of vocabulary or has your focus been on other things? Math was easy because there was always a right answer. English on the other hand if you had a different point of view than the teacher you were in the $hit books regardless whether you were right or not. "Think like me or f@ck you" |

Educational systems are a joke unless you are genuinely interested in what you're learning. Just the same old cram, rinse, repeat garbage |

Most important thing I acquired during my post secondary education was critical thinking. |

Elementary school no, high school yes. Basic skills and advanced skills are not the same and should be separated differently. Give teenagers a proper focus to better themselves for the future. |

I think it's stupid that they don't provide more specialized education for teenagers. It's basically a waste of 5 years for someone who isn't realistically going to end up spending more time in academia |
