You have been out of school for too long. Most kids who know they aren't going on to university don't bother showing up to half of their classes. My sister has her master's in conservation biology and I asked her who Joseph Stalin was. Crickets. Like it or not, people will specialize, may as well start sooner and streamline the process

Fair enough, but that doesn't erase the fact that the current service provided is minimal. As it stands, public high schools are a joke IMO and that is no fault of the staff etc. it's a structural deficiency

There's a huge difference between Michael Dal Colle & Griffin Reinhart and Adam Clendening though. If you think about it, we already got one of their lesser prospects (Pedan). These are the kind of players that are available. Chicago isn't trading Teuvo Teravainen here

Exactly some guys are to quick to jump the gun on the younger guys. At 23 Tanev is one of our best defenceman already and he isonly going to get better.

I totally agree. I have two cousins who are university teachers, two cousins that teach high school and one who cousin who teaches grade 4 all in brandon here and they say the same thing, it is a joke. It doesn't help that the kids are so lazy. I've seen some of the high school work and these kids use short form all the time. Some papers look more like text messages.
