If anyone is still up, put on your hat and jacket and go stand outside for about 2 minutes. Its insane out there. Everything is so frozen and its so quiet and still out. A rare scene. |

Don't stay out much longer than that. Only takes about 7 minutes to get frostbite in these temps |

I have to carry my dog to the end of the driveway where he pees because if he walks that far he can't stand long enough to pee.
Then I have to carry him back.
But I love the little (frank)er |

My dogs have both had issues going out in this. They just seem a bit confused. I feel bad they are always giving me that bored look. |

My little guy (Boston terrier/beagle mix) has had to go number 2 for a couple hours, and well, you know dogs. Have to find that "perfect" spot. By the time he runs back and forth, back and forth, back and for..."sh!t, son, my paws are frozen solid!" Then he looks at me like "hey, a$$hat, pick me up already and take me in". And he ends up not going.
I know I'm going to wake up in the morning to a present in the front hall. |

Louis Prima: With all the great players playing ball right now, how well do you think you would do against today's pitchers?
Ty Cobb: Well, I figure against today's pitchers I'd only probably hit about .290
Louis Prima: .290? Well that's amazing, because you batted over .400 a... a whole bunch of times. Now tell us all, we'd all like to know, why do you think you'd only hit .290?
Ty Cobb: Well, I'm 72 f#cking years old you ignorant son of a b@tch. - homiedclown

May I ask where you're hearing these things?
Like a week ago, word was Boston had previously offered Spooner + a 2nd
Apparently Murray turned it down |

The SNL 40 years special is amazing! I'd makes you appreciate all the talent that came from that show and how funny each decade was. |

Google Chris Stewart, Boston Bruins.
If this is the best offer, he should take it. If they're not offering him a contract, they could do a lot worse than Spooner and a 2nd. |

If Murray doesn't like Spooner, which it seems he doesn't, then what's the point?
We'll def get a 2nd (at least)
Nashville just made a big move today
It may force some Western conference teams to start bidding on guys like Stewart
I don't see why we need to trade Stewart NOW
Let's wait for someone to get desperate
That's how Darcy got a 1st for Gaustad |

I agree with you.
It's just a rumor that won't die.
I just hope he continues his strong play. Don't need him cooling off now. Want to maximize that return.

Ya, I just think that Murray must not want Spooner. The rumor has been out there long enough, that if a deal was gonna get done it would've already happened...
I hope we get Subban from them... Even if it means we have to add a pick or something
My biggest "rebuild" worry is finding a future franchise goalie |

27 NHL games with no goals. He'll fit right in. Seriously though, at 5'10" 175 lbs. he doesn't seem to be a Murray guy. |

Lots of question marks for us in that regard, for sure.
Although who knows how Subban would pan out. I mean, Markström was supposed to be a can't-miss prospect at one point, too. |

And why is an Oilers fan commenting on ANYONE's Defense?

True, although Markstrom looks great this year (in AHL)... Maybe he's finalllly ready
And who knows about Subban? Goalies are so hard to predict, so I'd like as much potential in the pipeline as possible
I'd also call the Nucks about Markstrom n see if he's available
Bernier is the guy I really want
Allen & Gibson are others I'm interested in |

Is Eichel more of a "Murray Guy" than McDavid?
He plays grittier & is a little bigger
What if we win the Lotto & Eichel is the guy Murray wants?
What could we get from EDM to switch spots?
2016 1st maybe? |
