True...
I think we are in good shape to get a top2 pick
I still don't know who I'd rather have though?!
I wonder if it's clear cut for Murray?
I know he's seen McDavid quite a few times this season. I'm assuming he's also personally scouted Eichel as well |

In place of McCabe?
I guess I could see it. Tht would put 2 RH shots together on a pairing though.
A lot of coaches don't like to do that unless they really have to...
I think Pysyk spent a decent amount of time paired with Ristolainen in Rochester though... So maybe they try that again up here? - jdfitz77
I don't know who it would be in place of. Just a feeling I have is all. |

RIP Steve.
Next season, prepare for a playoff push. Forget Austin, not a chance. Prepare for McDavid, Kane, Ennis, Moulson and a winger yet TBD. And 2017/18 should be the start of true cup contention.

Fine use of the words, "Quint", "Nice little Story" but good Lord save some room for adjectives to describe your undeniable "humility"!
Good Lord, if you don't watch FOX News while posting.
I'm so glad you came in with your cape and saved the "Professionals Positions" of "Architects and Engineers" who I'm sure haven't ever experienced the world through the narrow lenses of our very own "Hard Hat". Hell they might even be able to view both sides of a debate and gather information to inform themselves and build their knowledge with the help of those around them rather than having an all-seeing eye that allows "THE TRUTH" to be revealed to only you!
- MEBSabresFAN
I did not nor do I come in with my cape brother.
Just happens on most job sites to be honest.
What's on those rolled up pieces of paper I am given by the architect/engineer, 9 times out of 10 never ever work out in the field.
Big word in my biz is "field adjustments" .
Some guys are afraid to make them on the sites without making 20 phone calls and holding up production for 4 hours waiting for a decision from the "offices".
I don't wait, I make happen what I know is the only thing that can happen on the job site.
It's why I get "paid".
I have landscape architects and DOT engineers that request me to do all the work on their particular site.
It's not boasting, it's just the truth.
And I mean what the hell, I have been doing it for 28 years now, I should be excellent at it.
And I should be proud, I have run and completed some pretty large projects in my day.
The egos, including the architects , and the EIC's (engineer in charge) make me wanna drink.
Much to my surprise I am NOT an alcoholic.
Hey anyone that has been doing what I have been doing for as long as I have and is good it , should never be afraid nor ashamed of admitting that they are good.
I leave the humility for the people that aren't so confident. - BuffaloHardHat

So I could see him lining up with just about any guy. I think he'll be a steady guy back there for us |

How have u been homies? I expected better than an 82, 😁.
You may be correct. The 16 season is as equally as critical as this season, only for differing foundational values.
There are a couple of key ? Marks that need answering before we'll see that winger we both speak on. Namely Baptiste and Rienhart/Grigs. Who's it going to be that steps up and in and who is going on the trade block.
My money is on R & B to take those final line 1 & 2 wing positions. Grigs may surprise as he matures, but I'm not betting on it. Just my personal thoughts on it. |

Agreed on the 2 years part. Too many high prospects will be (should be) producing on the team. |

Yeah i realize that but he was in the rumors with myers a while ago and now you havent heard his name much. If the yotes are actually starting this rebuild and moving some players out i wont mind throwing them an offer - yen6d1
Idk if Yandle's a guy I'd wanna go after
It'll still cost a lot to get him, and I'd like him more for my 2nd pair than my top one.
I'd much rather wait till he's a free agent to go after him so at least we aren't giving up a bunch to get him |

Nice pieces but not anywhere near enough. You would have to include either Risto or Reinhart. Either way, Edmonton won't move him.
