Yeah, we suck on back-to-backs.

having 7 regular starters out and being on the road certainly doesn't help

Leafs have just lost 15 th out of 16 . The good thing about them losing is they stay in their own forums

True. The defense wasn't bad, but not good either.

Pretty intrigued by Kassian with the twins. I know Taylor Pyatt was capable of putting up points with them, but it would be great if he found a home there. Their offensive prowess would probably allow him to put more effort into his defensive game. I like the thought of Matthias Bonino Burrow/Higgins as a second line. I'm on the brink of being excited about the future of this team again...

there are some definite positive signs which we've seen, entering the last third of the season. I hope that the team can carry that forward. If so, I wouldn't be surprised if the Canucks make some inroads in the play-offs (of course big 'if's all around, but I always thought the Canucks were a much better team than people gave it credit for)

P.S. almost every single player that has been with the Sedins has been quite successful

I would have went with Miller. Only reason not to was the Lack entourage.

Bad luck? Bad play? I see that Kassian got 2, how did he manage that from the press box?

I appreciate that. He's 99 so he has had a good long life, but my wife has a really small family and they are all super close so they are taking it hard.

My condolences for your loss as well.

precisely, I think if the Canucks give up on Kassian (and not get a very very solid return) it will be a serious mistake. Let's not repeat the Cam Neely situation (ok, not that I'm in any way comparing Kassian to Neely, but I'm just underscoring that you need a lot more patience with this particular type of player)

I didn't even know that he was playing tonight. Last I heard he was a scratch. Who's spot did he take?

Malcolm Subban with a Solid .500 save percentage in his debut.

OUCH

31 minutes of Hockey and 6 shots against, and he let in 3 goals.

I think maybe it was Burrows? given it seems he has some kind of injury resulting from the last game with the Rangers. But it was great to see him put a few pucks in the net. Again, I hope the Canucks continue to let him flourish, he's got a lot of skill for a big man and, as touched on, it takes a lot longer for these types of player with this type of style to really come into their own.
