He's a good offensive player, it's just the rest of his game that gets him in trouble. You definitely want him in over a lot of guys in games like this where you're down and need offense. But if they're up by 1 goal with 5-10 minutes let in the third..I'd be extremely afraid to play him

Like I said many times before, it would be a huge mistake to trade/move him. He's just got way too much potential (and he's already starting to get it *crossing fingers*). Again, players like Kassian don't come along often. I hope the Canucks continue to be patient with him. Sometimes you have to take the good with the bad.

He looks good with the twins however....I wonder if his season would be different if he put him with one of the top two lines to start? Trying to make him a defensive 3rd liner probably isn't what he is suited for.

That line would definitely have some defensive issues though, Vrbata and Burrows when they play with the Twins are always relied upon to be the first forward back in transition defense since the Twins aren't fast enough to keep up. It would be a good trio offensively for sure.

Haven't been really impressed with any of the 4 lines tonight. Not creating a whole lot of quality scoring chances. 2ND unit has actually had sustained pressure, big part of that was that Vrbata stayed out there a bit longer for the zone entry and Horvat is out there over Dorsett.

Higgins still has no idea what to do out there at 5v4.
