I'm afraid of overpaying either of them. But I'd rather overpay Tlusty and trade Matthias for a 2nd and prospect raather than just overpay Matthias and not have the extra pick and prospect.

Matthias is a career 10.3% shooter(including this year's totals), he's at 14.3% this year alone. So in reality he's a 16 goal scorer..no way in hell I'd pay more than 3M for him.
