Same, but I mostly just want any non-core player over the age of 30 gone so that's why I'd move him. He's still a legit 3rd liner, very good defensively(ES + PK) and at driving possession.

I like Higgins a lot but has more value than the UFA's and should be able to net a greater return. If no moves are made that is fine but I really think Benning needs to clear a spot or two to ensure Kennins and Kassian have a spot on the roster when the team gets healthy.

And he is more flexible in regards to waivers, I believe Clendenning and Stanton both would have to clear. Beiga has been playing really well and Sbisa will never be brought out of the lineup.

Biega and Stanton have been playing solid as of late, they're probably my two favs out of the 5/6/7 d-men bunch right now.

For Corrado to eligible for AHL playoffs, he has to be sent down by noon today. I bet he is gonna hang around Vancouver until one more Dman is healthy before actually jumping on a plane to Utica. It's all about having the paperwork done properly.

I think they are looking at it as almost a conditioning stint. He has been out of the lineup for a little while and is likely a little rusty. Not a bad idea.
