Mitch Marner averaging 2 points a game in OHL. Anybody excited about him if we miss out?

He's 5'10-11ish. If he was 2 inches taller, he'd probably be in the top tier with McDavid and Eichel, no?

he supposedly had a growth spurt this year, coming into this season i saw him listed at 5'8 - 5'9". those numbers are quite often massaged, but they said the kid actually did grow. he still is undersized though if he is 165 pounds. i think i would probably rather have him than strome at this point, but i cant see him being able to play here next year.

not sure if murray would be interested. pretty clear he wants big and heavy, not sure where his line is- as far as talent vs size. thats not to say he wouldnt take the player they have higher on their board, but they may be more inclined to trade up or down because of fit.

And he can take Lindback with him.
