Neither of us suggested its a conspiracy. We logically concluded that other teams are slighting us because there isn't a hockey player, coach, GM or fan who doesn't know that McDavid and Eichel are the next Crosby and Teows.

No one believes there is a league wide conspiracy and we aren't suggesting that there is. You conclude that what we say must be a conspiracy because you fail to see that over half of our games played since the all-star break (you know, that almost 2 weeks where teams starting players and goalies rest before the playoff push when teams traditionally ride their starters until they clinch) are against 2nd and 3rd. And almost none of the teams we've faced were out of the playoff picture completely or at all.

Let Miller start the 1st game of a back to back and then make Enroth/whoever face a team who didn't play the night before when Vanek, Pomminville and all those others lazy d!ckheads took the night off.

See my post above. Miller loved playing the teams with trouble scoring, to pad his stats, then let the backup play the super hot teams.

It's unusual the amount of non startering goaltenders we have faced this year. buffalo is still in control of its own destiny.

Under normal circumstances you could argue that. But when you look at how bad the sabres are, how infrequently they shoot the puck, and how hard it is for them to score, its unusual for us to play against as many starters as we did.

So give starters the night off and rest your backups?

Yeah I would agree with that. Never seems to go our way, unless we are rooting to be average. Getting good or staying good seems to be a real struggle.

I made a mistake we played against a 3rd stringer 3 times, twice against the rags, once against C-bus, and that was because of injuries. Just because you call someone a 3rd stringer, doesnt mean they are one.
