The Oilers are a decent goalie away from being a fringe playoff team. You guys should actually hope to get the 3rd pick. Adding Hanifin would be huge.

we need defenders now so bad. so I assume theyd move the pick for an immediate impact defender. or maybe explore moving one of nuge/draisaitl for said defender.

even if they did really want hanifin, they could trade down to team 3 and ask for a serious asset to go with the pick.
