In 8 games since the trade deadline Sabres Corsi is -166 or dead last in the keague. Yotes are -25 only 7th worst. All while playing a more difficult schedule.

I think it's safe to say we can cross Edmonton off the list of teams to worry about.

The "playing against men" narrative is so overrated. I'd rather take the guy who dominated against the best of his peers (CHL) then the guy who's dominating 23 year olds with no shot at the NHL.

I have seen a lot of Hanifin, Zacha, Crouse, and a few others just at the WJC.

All I know is McEichel

The only thing holding leafs back is the fact that they can never commit to a proper rebuild. If they are gifted McDavid then everything else falls into place for them. They've got a lot of resources, best hockey market in the world, you combine that with a potential legend and they become dangerous.
