The Yotes were bad even with their other players. The Leafs on the other hand... "scorched earth rebuild", and they dont even sell off their best players that would give them the value to rebuild properly (JVR, Kessel, Phanuef)... instead they sell off spare parts and the players just stop caring. If any team is tanking its the Leafs.
