Acquiring players to draw penalties is just a patch over our problems. I'd rather acquire a couple guys to help improve our ES production than acquire a couple guys to draw penalties.

I agree with you. I was just posting that as a plan C. No doubt they need skilled forwards who can put it in the net. It's just that not every team is willing to part with those kind of players so getting a slightly less skilled player who draws penalties for a lesser contract isn't necessarily a dumb option
