I heard we can only expect 3rd line of production of Sam Reinhart if he makes the club for this coming season
Your thoughts? - homiedclown
A realistic exception for a rookie. |

Michael Pachla: Threre's more to the Sabres future than Jack Eichel
Dan Bylsma recognizes a versatile Zemgus Girgensons is one of the keys to Buffalo's future success - Michael Pachla
Honestly I see Girgens as J Staal for the Pens
3rd line Center
Anchors PK unite with Kane
Second team PP
paired with 2 wingers that can each pop 20 goals and be a pain in the ass for the other team |

where'd ya hear that?
but...
if you put gus up top and jack at no. 2, would reinhart be better served as a third-line center in buffalo? or a top-line center in Rochester...
I prefer the latter |

the majority on here
seems the taste of playing with 3rd and 4th liners for the Nolan coached team is now the realistic expectation from the mass now that we have a new toy
If reinhart is on the top 2 lines, he puts up 50 points
eichel IMO will net 60 points
oh wait, we are suppose to tank for the 5th overall pick in 12 months |

I do like that last part...sabres ain't going anywhere this year and if they finish bottom-five or so, they'll have a good shot at picking top three

He slammed on the sarcasm button. Little too hard I might add. Just an obnoxious discussion from the other day..
Anyway, great blog Michael. |

I agree that the Sabres are probably not going to surprise the league with a run like Colorado did a few years ago and will probably end up pretty low in the standings next season. But with all the young talent, and possibly a few off-season signings this summer, I think that the team will at least be fun to watch next season. |

again
he was taken 2nd overall
Murray would have taken him first overall
expecting brian flynn numbers with a credible NHL head coach is not going to happen |

no.
I guess I'll elaborate.
This team has no intentions on trading for anyone that old. If Grigorenko is in fact traded, it will be for another young player. |

Try one of those stores in the mall. They're bound to have it. They definitely have the shirts. |

I've kept my expectations of him private this year because I don't believe there's even a remotely definitive expectation for him. Like the goalie situation, it could end up several different ways. As far as what he can/will produce (this year) that remains to be seen. |
