Guys are going to fall and others will be essentially reached for. I'm hoping that one of the following will be there:
1. Timo Meier
2. Colin White
3. Jakub Zboril

I could honestly see GMTM trading up to grab Meier if he is still there in the mid-teens. They could use an elite RW prospect to stash away or challenge quickly for a roster spot.

I know. Notice there isn't one Sabre we got rid of that proved to be worth anything more than what we saw? When push came to shove they all came up short. Pomminville was the only worthwhile guy who held the line.

Franky Bo or Cody Franson certainly could be of use to this team. Franky's a bit old, so I suppose he could be a placeholder kinda signing depending on how the Sabres feel about Zadorov. Next year's for sures are Gorges, Risto, Weber, Bogo, Pysyk. That leaves Zadorov as a maybe and a need for one more guy. Franson wouldn't be bad as a 3-5 guy. Or, we could sign a one year plug like Benoit to play 7th D minutes and have Zadorov here full time. No idea which direction they'll go.
