I'd rather have Sustr than either one of Gorges or Weber.

And whoever wants Mike Greene is a tard as well. I went to game 4 of the Rangers series in D.C. and the Caps won DESPITE Greene and his constant giveaways at the blue line and his complete lack of hustle getting back after he jumps into the rush to either fumble a pass or shoot wide. He is also a terrible hockey man.

I have posted for 2 moths how to fix it


option A, get a pp d man that normally plays bottom pair minutes 5 on 5, Green or Campbell

option B, get 1 or 2 top 4 d men so pysyk and Z are your bottom pair as they grow into the nhl, Martin, Sekera, Zidlicky

option C trade for 1 or 2 players that can make an impact for a short time

Option A: You want to pay Green 6 million (in the ballpark of what he will get from EDM) a year as a pp quarterback? No thanks. Put a forward back there.

Option B: I think Gorges is the same as a Martin/Sekera/Zidlicky. I just dont think we need two more guys back there.

Option C: I dont want any short term fixes. I am prepared for a bit more suffering next year and to throw the pysyk into the fire. He is more than ready..

He is the textbook definition of having a ton of fantasy hockey value and little real world value. He only has value to the Caps, wonder if you took away PP points away what it would look like. Oh you pass and get passes from OV and Backstrom awesome.

I don't like Weber... but he has a role... he is good at it.. and we need that role to be filled on this team.

Anyone make it to artpark yet this year? I have heard about traffic problems, and specifically from people who said they "left ample time to get there"

I forgot about widespread panic, so i havent been out there yet this season. There is a handful of shows i still plan on attending though. From my personal experience if you leave anytime after 4:30 coming from the buffalo area you will be sitting in traffic. especially if its a popular show.

Im just wondering if there is alot of construction out that way, i know RMP is being taken down. Or is it people who "left ample time" really have no idea how getting to artpark for a popular show without hassle is accomplished.

Random fact: Andre Sustr is the only Alumni from the University of Nebraska at Omaha division 1 hockey program to make the Stanley cup final. He's somewhat of a hero out here.

I basically won't go there unless its a band I absolutely can't miss. I've had a few bad experiences there.
