I completely agree, take a risk at 21 for a guy they could hit on.

Use 31 to take the best goalie available.

I agree GMTM has a plan!
BPA all the way if he can't trade for the player he wants.
Someone will fall to 21 that shouldn't have.
I think it will end up being a big defenseman.
Blackwood at 31.
Free Agent goalie for the short term.
He will try to trade 51 for a top six forward, or trade back for 3rd this year and future pick.

Realistically, what top 6 forward would 51 overall be able to bring in?

I know I'm nitpicking, but I don't think Jeremy Bracco was falling this year. If anything I think he rose a bunch. Greenway and Kylington for sure.

Buffalo is going to be dynamite in a few years so long as this McDavid kid is as advertised. You'll need to trade for or sign some leadership to groom all these talent kids though, guys that have won and done.

Goaltending is weak but you've got some time.

Curious.. have you heard any reason why Okposo is on the "trade block" seems odd... he comes in at a small cap hit and has done nothing but produce with JT

No offense MP, really, but is it a rule that the first handful of posters on his blogs have to get on their knees and, well.....you know?

I'm hoping that with #51 they select Daniel Vladar. 6ft5 and can flop/bend/twist like Hasek. (Am I overselling him?)

21 and 31 BPA, or in a package (perhaps with Grigorenko?) to move up or acquire an excellent prospect/youngish player.

Or, see if they can somehow pry Gibson from the Ducks without an overpayment.
