You can have multiple accounts so long as none of them are banned, from what I understand reading the rules for the website.

Proof this free class is one of the weakest in a long time.

Sometimes it's hard to keep track of who's the same annoying person when they change their screen name.

One day you think there's a new annoying person and you find out through PM it's the same old annoying person.
