Eller sucks. but i also saw absolutely nothing from de la Rose to suggest he's anything but a carbon copy of Eller... actually im not sure DLR can score 15 goals... - DoubleDown
Better skater, better defensively, wayyy more physical. And he's 19. Why you would choose Eller over that makes no sense to me. |

So basically, he's Lars Eller at 19 years old. |

These are opinions. They disagree. Frankly, so do I. Not to say DLR won't be better at some point, but that point is not now (my opinion). |

Well, De La Rose already looks stronger than Eller and a better skater. Also, he could turn out into a good 3rd line center that won't pout if he's given that role. |

25 is not an acceptable age to say, "I'm slowing down and not as effective" |

6 points in 33 games suggest he isn't really an offensive dynamo. |

At some point, Habs may only have four third lines. So he'll be needed. |

I'm saying he's already better than Eller in several facets of the game. I'm not going to suggest he's going to be any help offensively, but I'm fine with him taking over for Eller if neither of them are going to do anything in that regard |
