Didnt know Tyrod played defense and went against Brady? A lot more factors in a football game than qb vs qb. You happen to see NE's run defense or secondary Thursday? Guessing not. - turbo044

Tyrod was okay? 14-19, 123 qb rating, no turnovers is okay? Almost 10 yards per pass attempt (vs luck's 4.5ish) is okay. Plus be had a couple of big plays called back due to penalties and ran for 40+ yards. I think I'll come back here when we start talking Hockey because a few posters here don't seem to understand football and/or have an EJ man crush - turbo044
Agreed man. Tyrod had a key play on just about every drive that got points. The whole team played great. Only thing i was disappointed in a little bit was the run blocking when mccoy was on the field. We just played one of the top 5 offenses in the league and we shut them down. Without the big man at DT. Add him and we are going to be a nightmare for teams offenses. Also the CB's played amazing! Just wish Gilmore didn't have stone hands lol |

"EXCLUSIVE: In a movie move that portends a clash of giant monsters, Legendary Pictures’ Thomas Tull is moving his untitled Skull Island King Kong film to Warner Bros. This is being done to unite the property with Legendary’s other giant franchise, Godzilla. In what would be a pretty epic pairing, the Godzilla sequel that is in the works will be followed by a movie that pits the giant ape versus the giant fire breathing reptile. I’m told this is happening very quickly with moves going all the way to Japan, where Godzilla rights holder Toho is based. Legendary, which moved from Warner Bros to Universal, had developed the Skull Island film at the latter studio. It is unclear at the moment what Universal’s position will be, but I heard the studio move is being done because it is just easier to have all the pieces under one roof, something that Marvel Studios has done with superheroes like The Hulk. King Kong is in the public domain, while Legendary got the Godzilla rights from Toho." |

The quarterback play the last 15 plus years has been so underwhelming that the quarterback play yesterday seemed more than okay to us. Aside from the TD to Harvin, every throw he made was incredibly low risk. He didn't need to be more than okay yesterday, which will be fine for most games this year. That's not taking anything away from him, but to call it anything but okay is a slap in the face to any quarterback that actually played a great game. |

No, he just wasn't left out on an island all by himself like he was in the preseason. Once the Bills rolled out a big boy defensive scheme, Darby was just fine, like I thought he would be. |

I hope he sticks there. But at the same time, he probably should consider hanging it up with all the concussions he's had. |

Thanks!
It's crazy how different the atmosphere in general felt inside FNC on Saturday night. It was a small crowd (~5,500) but you could tell how different it was.

what I liked from Taylor, he on the dump off passes he hit the targets in stride
I have been used to watching 6 yard passes look hard over the years, so I found that to be a nice change |

I'm not saying I didn't like what I saw. However, I'm not going to jump the gun either (see Bucky Gleason's article). I want to see him go out an win them a game or two this year, and also see how he performs now that there is actually game film on him. His stat line yesterday was good, which is all it needed to be. There will be times when it will need to be better. |
