What can he teach them? How to be targeted by the officials? No matter how borderline, he's called. Maybe coaching is partly to blame. He should have been reeled in long ago. He can skate, an excellent PK'r and a decent shot. He should have been steered more into that direction.

Agreed. I think the PTO they gave him was just out of respect for the hard work hes put in here over the years to be quite honest.

He first came into the NHL quicker than they planned on because he was way to reckless in Rochester. He was getting called on legal "hard" hits. How is that supposed to change? I guess time will tell if it works out or not.
