Yeah, but you think the team will finish bottom five because they sent Pedan down, so... |

I'd rather run a few vets out of town, keep the two CHL aged players and send Gaunce down short term (until you can move the contracts) to bring him up for the rest of the year. I say ride the younguns and live or die by their performance. If the team sucks then sell off everything you can by the TDL for the full on Rebuild, draft and sign a UFA or two next off season to try and be competitive again right away. - 1970vintage
We're totally breaking up.
I somewhat disagree with you. They aren't really going anywhere (post season wise) so why rush the young guys while purging the vets? I'm not a patient man by nature but I do see some of the logic in the current "process". Give a few younger players a taste while some of the veteran contracts come to fruition while adding younger guys through trades and/or call ups.
Just had a few pints of bitter with a Ploughman's Lunch at The Cumberland Brewing Company.

Kenins needs to get to the 70/game mark be fore he is waiver eligible.
The only realistic players we could lose through waivers at this point is Corrado, Vey and possibly markstrom. I doubt they would ever chance markstrom but if he is terrible, it is possible. |

You honestly believe Pedan didn't play better than Sbisa Weber COrrado? |

I don't like the Jays, but you can't help but feel good for a team that comes together like that and a few of the guys are really having outstanding seasons. It's gotten so that even die hard Red Sox fans are cheering for the Jays over on the Island - 1970vintage
There's Red Sox fans on the island? I want names and address's!!! |

Nice!
I'm up for whatever the season brings. I still haven't forgiven Bettman for the last lockout, so I won't be going over for any games, but I'll watch a few on TV and talk poop on the boards. |

You can't base it solely off training camp. You still look at there recent body of work. Corrado was day and night better then pedan last yr |

Jensen is the new Hansen - LeftCoaster
I did see one highlight where he was in on the forecheck, caused a turnover and went to the net for a shot. Travis Green did also say last year that to make it to the NHL Jensen would have to learn to play like Hansen, didn't think he could make it as a top 6 scorer... |
