Just leaving the game. Nice to see Reinhart score his first. Annoying Lightning fans who scream at the refs for not calling icing on the Sabres while they are on the pk. Same ole Tampa. Was that interference call on Franson at the end a legit call? Couldn't really see it from my angle.

He was really effective in that role on a line with ROR and Dutch, just be the big body to clean up the garbage while the skilled guys do the heavy lifting.

Bummed about the loss. But very happy with the effort . Especially the coming out party by the skunk. This kid is going to special . O'Reilly even mentioned in his post game interview about the kids off the hook hockey sense.

A perennial sabres problem unfortunatly....however we also have 1 too many who can play in the top 6....thats a new problem...and i like that problem

Reinhart needs to stay on the first line. Gionta needs to be demoted to the third line he can not keep up with Kane and Eichel. Weber needs to be waived once Bogo is ready to come back.

Marcus is fine but Nick seems pissed with his team in Columbus...

And yes, lots of guys that could fit into the 3rd line and admittedly Bylsma is doing a lot of line juggling early on to see who works well with who.

I think they're playing Gionta by default. You're right, he can't keep up. He's the "captain" so if we bench him it's leading news around the league. He was fine for last year because he lent legitimacy to our tanking team, but I was afraid this scenario would surface this year.

Girgensons has had 1 really solid game, and it was with Eichel and Kane.
