Vrbada and the Sedins start scoring, we start winning. Simple.
Sutter leads the team in scoring. Something is wrong with this picture.

I heard on the radio about an hour ago that the Leafs are trying to send COrrado to the AHL for a conditioning stint. |

All the goals scored by the Comets so far have been by Canuck draft picks.
Vey, Gaunce and Cassels share the teams worse +/-
Vey is going to end up in the ECHL if he doesnt smarten up and start playing better |

I actually found Fosco quite sound and rational...sad to see him gone, Nucker on the other hand.....good riddance..... - chompsey
So did I, I thought he left around the time Todd was blogging here, not sure about the hockey pool...and Nuckers ok, he's just doesn't like TL and JB |

Makes you wonder why the Canucks couldn't do the same and keep him. Unless I'm missing something..... |

Leafs are bending the rules. They are suppose to find a roster spot for him on the NHL club or he goes back to Canucks. They are saying they are sending him down to get in shape. If they would have played him he would have been in shape.

Bad timing. I take it you travel a lot? Maybe you can catch them at some point. I try to get to 2-3 UVM games a year, even though it is less than a mile to that rink. Timing never works out for me as I can only get to some of the Saturday games |

Sounds like the Canucks want him back. There would be no compensation outside of him going back on the wire. Canucks get first shot at him...

regardless of 4C duties I think the canucks need mcanns shot. Been a decent play maker too.
I also can agree with the argument that he has more to gain developing in NHL that at lower junior level. - SMBDragon
McCann has been considerably better then Virtanen. I don't think that's even debatable
Canucks win 5-2 tonight. Horvat with 1g&2a.
Marwood, you get your jackets jersey yet? |

Yep.
In fact I believe the canucks could send him down if there are no other claims |

It's hard to determine what they've bailed on. Obviously the forum, but they were both criticizing JB in EK's blog.
There is definitely some discontent with the team. Their comments are always welcome but expect to have counter arguments, and if you post in a trollish way (Sbisa), people will retaliate.
I personally liked both guys, but if it was Surrey-Oilers or nocups, posting like Nucker was (again Sbisa), I'd have a couple dozen PM's asking to step in.
Wish they would return, they always offered good discussion, pre-Benning - Makita
I don't blame them for bailing. |

I travel a bit but this will probably be one of the last trips back east for a while. I am going to hibernate on East Coast Pizza and Smoke Meat.
I want to go to the Bar B Barn for ribs and a night at the Kon Tiki.

They want him on the Comets. They don't want him on the Canucks. They want to see if he can develop into a NHL Dman |
