Whether or not McCann can play 4C could very well determine whether he stays in the NHL or is returned to junior.

regardless of 4C duties I think the canucks need mcanns shot. Been a decent play maker too.

I also can agree with the argument that he has more to gain developing in NHL that at lower junior level.

I dont really like him with the arrangement the 4th line has. I think it'll look like a better version of Vey - awkward but less risk.
I do agree with Dragon that he needs to stick around with that shot and offensive skill. Give him some PP2 work, maybe in a Vrbata backdoor shooting role (though not playing point)

Willie is trying to get his boy Vey back into the NHL.

I dont really like him with the arrangement the 4th line has. I think it'll look like a better version of Vey - awkward but less risk.

Very true. If there is ant positive with playing with Prust and Dorsett is just that they just 'might' create enough space for McCann to get that unreal shot off a few times.

But I have a feeling we are gonna drop this one tonight. We stink at home right now and doubtful Holtby gives up too much as he is playing so well right now.

OV has a history of getting shut down by us... but the Caps are not the same team with the balanced fire power in the line up and a new coach with no ketchup in his eyes. It feels like another home loss.

I'm ok with losses as long as this team plays their best. It's all the same to me... good pick or the playoffs... just keep developing our kids...

Same, I dont mind losing if the entertainment is there. I didnt watch the whole game but that push against St.Louis in the 3rd was exciting to watch. Most games last season were at least exciting to watch, win or lose

Yep totally ok with that. Development should be our no 1 process and if we somehow manage to squeak into the PO's then all good.

Well, now he's hired, does a fairly decent job of altering the stagnation that the team was in at the time of his hire and he's irate because Benning isn't doing things his way, as if he were an actual NHL GM that has all the info Benning does at the time he made his deals and things.
