Win or five losses... - kaptaan
Traditionally we are doormat for teams coming off back to backs with injuries. Especially backup goalies. With no Green (potentially) or Datsyuk in the lineup Det should be easy pickings but there is something up mentally with this team at home right now. I liked the Caps by a goal and I think the Home woes continue tonight (hope I'm wrong). Say Det in OT 3-2. WD really really really really has to get the lines solidified and stick with them. |

Exactly. It amuses me. Canadians love to rip on the Americans for doing this in hockey, but do the same in baseball themselves. |

Since August, we've had Matt Sekeres telling us we were un-Canadian if we didn't cheer for the Toronto Blue Jays. |

Because that makes perfect sense.
Royals were by far the better team.
We shall see what the off season brings for the Jays. Pitching staff is gonna look way different. Might be better might be worse.
I did feel for Ozuna. That kid is good. Hard to see by far your best pitcher get the loss in that game. Kid is already a top 5 closer. Might be top 2 evenually |

Bluejays? I'm more worried about getting a win at home. This is getting scary. |

For the long term of the franchise, we may be better to miss the playoffs. If we're in the hunt, Vrbata and Hamhuis won't be dealt. |

David Pratt who hated all things Toronto was their biggest cheerleader down their stretch drive. It was sickening |

Ummm, the best closer in baseball is Kimbrel. It's not even close. Look at the last 3 or 4 yrs(which u have to to determine how good a player is).
If Kimbrel keeps his numbers even remotely good the next 10 yrs, he will go down as one of the greatest if not the greatest closer ever. He's smashed almost every record for a 5 yr period for a closer |

Agreed. If you hate Toronto, like you guys, it's a life choice. Stick by it. Hated all these bandwagoners from out west jumping on with the Jays.
It's Toronto's team, not Canada's. |

Even more evidence of the Dreger, Eastern bias bullpoop that we have to hear.
Osuna isn't even close to a top 5 closer. |

I have watched 2 baseball games in five years. I find the sport too slow but if the Expos ever came back , then it could be different |
