When you look at the Ducks, they are able to fill a hole with Shea Theodore if they trade one.

Is there anyone on the Blues that they could be willing to move up, if they ship someone out? Or was Parayako that guy?

they have Schmaltz and Vannelli both in the pipeline, Vannelli was rated out about the same as parayako, schmaltz rated higher when they were drafted

I think giving up more important assets right now is out of the question. I would toss Foligno out there with a 3rd or 4th rd pick to see what kind of return you can get.

Its why I brought up Carle from TBL. He would be cheap to get and you could probably get Yzerman to hold some celery 1-1.5MM. Brings Carles cap hit down to 4-4.5MM

They absolutely would, nothing we'd be willing to give up upgrades them enough to justify moving Shattenkirk or Pietrangelo. JayBow has a no trade and awful cap hit going into his mid 30's

Yeap. TBL frees up 4MM of cap to use towards re-signing Stamkos.
