On another note: The D1 college team in my city built an arena like 2 min from my house. Gonna be watching a lot of college hockey this year! Unfortunately, we aren't playing any teams that have any Sabres prospects... oh well.

JT is the is the piece that will judge the winner in the long run. Imo he could be a Derek Stephan type which would be perfect for the avs

I struggle believing that JT will be able to score at the NHL level consistenly enough to warrant the the Stepan comparison.

seems to be happening more frequently now. i dont follow ncaa hockey closely enough to know why- but it certainly makes the tourney more fun and gives a glimmer of hope to my alma mater Canisius.

Do you actually watch the DEL ? It's not that low scoring. He's ranked 21st in scoring, league leader is will acton, former AHL scrub.
