My only concern is that they will hesitate to keep giving the lion's share of the workload to Ullmark. - buffalofan19
gotta remember this is his first foray into north America...murray mentioned that he's sound in all aspects but needs to work on his angles as he adapts to the north ameican/nhll ice-surface |

All that would do is put off the inevitable. In the end, I'm still walking in the poop, so it's unavoidable.

I wouldnt be opposed to trying ennis with Girgs again. Imo him and ROR dont have the chemistry 'yet' and it may help ennis get his game back. The way Disco roles his lines could allow ennis to be on the 3rd line yet play top 6 minutes. |

I don't think the first goal is one he has to stop, as it was more of a defensive lapse in front of him, but I do think he slightly over-committed to the one side of the net which made it too hard for him to get back across with the pass to Stamkos. It's something he'll probably figure out eventually. And like you said, the size of the ice surface is something he's going to need to adjust to. |

That's fair. I'd just like to see him "work on it" during games as well. Johnson provides nothing exciting at this point. |

Would you move Gionta with O'Reilly to get the 26-28-63 line back, or would you move Moulson up? |

am a big fan of development in Rochester, especially when it comes to goalies, and especially when they won't be competing for the Stanley cup this year |

See, I'm just the opposite. In a year where expectations aren't that large, I'd rather see him take his lumps in the league itself, especially when the team can afford to do that. |

I'm with you on this one. Usually I'm good with letting guys learn in Rochester, but I feel the same way about Ullmark at this point as I do Reinhart. A big part of them adjusting overall is adjusting to the speed of the game, and that's not something they're going to learn in Rochester since the AHL game isn't anywhere near as fast as the NHL game. |

Whether a player works on his craft in the minors, or stays in the NHL, there's still going to be an adjustment process to the NHL game. If your team has the time, which the Sabres do, you might as well get it out of the way when expectations aren't at their highest. |

Quick thought would be:
88-90-22
26-15-23
12-28-63
44-17-82
Moulson up. ROR and Jack control the puck the most during their shifts and skating with the puck is not mouls strength. 22, 82, and 12 could all be switched around too. |

Weber would probably be better on the ice if he was doing anything other than trying to play hockey. |

Tryout for the ice girls ? He might be a bit tall. and ugly for it . Can blur the cameras if need be. Better yet go to commercial when he is out there. |

he got his taste of the NHL and found a few new things to work on. I would send him back down and bring up Lewey. Play Lewey for a few with a 50/50 split with Ocho Cinco and see how it goes.
the carousel isnt going to end until Lehner can come back fully healthy |

I have to think that if they had any confidence that Lieuwen could play in the NHL, he would not have been replaced by Ullmark in the first place. |
