I think(like in our friends pictured above) it's coming back because you can sneak it in anywhere. You can't get away with smoking weed anywhere in public because there is no more indoor smoking to cover it up.

The skunk(not reinhart) is overwhelming compared to ciggys. Idk im just brainstorming here but i think it has to do more with numerous artists promoting "white god" and "blow."

Yea its a thin line between an every once in a while at the bar/ and full blown addiction. It can turn into the latter quickly for some and thats when things go down hill.
