hahaha that's pretty funny. Marchand said someone was diving/acting. Well he should know. He wrote the book on it..

A typical homer blog I had to respond Bruins played well it was a good game but to say the hit on stepan does not deserve a suspension is stupid and your boy Marchand should keep his mouth shut he does nothing but whine almost as much as Crosby enjoy the win and good luck getting tee times because you won't be in the playoffs and you know it so enjoy your small victories while they last

Now Marchand is a good hockey player but there are not many NHLers, with less credibility amongst his peers, than he.

It's ok, Julien's whining to the officials, gave them the soft call they needed to get another power play.

No excuses though, Boston put together a collective better effort than the Rangers and deserved the win.

I can't seem to find a replay. All things considered, Was it a dive by lundqvist?

Boston did deserve to win no doubt but to call Hank an actor is pretty funny what is Marchand then? A whiny little troll but these games against middle of the road teams like Boston have to be won no excuses

He legitimately got kneed in the head by Marchand (no doubt intentionally, I might add) but Hank totally sold it. Mostly because he was probably mad because of the non-call on the first Boston goal, so he made sure that one got called.

Either way, Marchand really shouldn't be talking poop about anyone diving, because he's the heavyweight champion of diving.

Knee to the head, plain as day on the replay, ok Rat. He should shut his mouth after getting away with a goal on a goalie interference call earlier in the game.

He got kneed in the head, was it the worst thing I've ever seen, no, but the second the contact was made Hank reacted.

Again, after the refs botched the non call by the Rat on a similar play in the first, NO way were the officials letting another one go.

Oh my god, so much butt hurt from the rag fans.

The call on Marchand was fine but if you think Lundqvist didn't totally dive then you're the one being a Homer

The Belesky hit is a fine at most. It was a little late (the million slow mo angles make it seem way worse than it was) and for the hundredth time in the last few years a player got injured because he didn't brace for a hit. This is a lot like the Doan/Letang hit.

Yes. Marchand made contact, the 2 min was legit. Hank flopped hard though

You won't get a complaint out of me for today; even as frustrating the end result was for the Rangers.

But Marchand needs to simmer down when complaining about players that take flops.

Hank embellished but Marchand certainly grazed Hank with his knee. It happens, the phantom call on Fast and missed call on Belesky makes their complaints on Hank quite hilarious to me though.

I'm sure you're quite aware how important Henrik is to the Rangers, if the refs aren't going to protect him & his own players don't (most times the D is soft & let guys take runs at Hank) I'm not gonna get on him for making sure the refs got the right call here when he was clearly hit in the head.

At least McIlrath stepped up & dropped em w Beleskey. But Stepan now out w broken ribs, very good season so far has sure taken a rough hit the last 2 games.

Stepan, as much as we all know is a good player, is having a joke of a season. Miller, with severely less ice time than Stepan, has the same amount of points. If Stepan is only out a few weeks I don't see how Miller, or Lindberg, can't step up and get the jpb done in the interim.

It's been a rough eight or nine days, for the Rangers, but it was to be expected. They collectively have not looked strong for the majority of the season.

Oh, I get it. I don't like it, but I get it. Tuukka won't flop, and there have already been a couple goals scored this year that should have been goalie interference but Tuukka battled through and almost made the save so I guess they said (frank) it, close enough

Just beat the Flyers & Islanders in the next couple, those are 2 teams I HATE to lose against.

It was a great game, always tight between these 2 teams over the last 5-6 years.

A very effective player though make no mistake. Hockey's an emotional game, like I said earlier, no excuses and even though Stepan will be lost for some time, that's hockey.

Belesky is not a dirty player by any means.
