I'll ask him what he did with it. To be honest I pretty much only know the guys I play rec hockey with by first name, for two years I didn't even know it was him, he just looks like some old farmer now to be honest lol.

I am not sure if anyone here noticed it or not...the bruhahah apparently started because of Thorton's comments, but as soon the melee started he was nowhere to be seen. I watched the replays a few times and could not pick out Thorton in any of the replays.

Yup exactly. We have to many wingers as is plus we have 4 in the minors knocking on the door, well 3 and higgins lol. You cant tell me the drop off would be that significant if he moves on. To me he doesnt really seem to have chemistry with anyone, he kinda just does his own thing for the most part.

This would be a massive mistake to keep him. Hes not worth the cap space to bring him back either, would be much better spent being left open for when we are ready to make the next step or too acquire a toxic contract with a pick or prospect that might expire next season that we could look to move at the next years deadline.

If that's the case I'd love to see an investigation in to that just as was done with Burrows.

Ottawa would be an ideal trading partner but we would likely need to take back some salary. Perhaps Cowen and that 1st?

Even then I would want more edler as Cowen won't ever be more than a physical stay at home player.

What one of them needs to do is drop the gloves with whomever said it. Everyone has a breaking point. You want to end the lack of respect BS drop the gloves win or lose, you now have your respect. Complaints don't do sh!t.

Tootoo never announced what the comments were as well, honestly I think people need to take the Sedins example and move on. Thornton is a punk and doesn't really matter what the details were, he is still the same pos whether we know the details or not.
