Another great Article Carol! this is pretty much my go-to for Canucks news these days

Edler- Is what he is.... he's always been accident prone, and I think some games if its a very forechecks team it exacerbates it sometimes. I've been wondering, with the drop-off in Edler's offensive game this stage of his career, are the gaffes worth it anymore? Willie seems to have taken a reign on his mistakes, but they certainly show every game (fanning on passes, outright missing a puck, falling down). He' would be a very tricky guy to coach, but the upside is definitely there (but is it because of tanev).
Thoughts?

Thanks for this link! Excellent perspective from Bob McKenzie on what the Sedins have been dealing with for their entire careers.

He's so bad. He turned the puck over last night and couldn't even move to get it back or stop the guy from scoring. Not a chance I'd want that fat puck on my team.

The second link is just as good. Lebrun just go's off on radio about how disgusted he is with the way the Sedins get treated.

Makes sense to put Doresett with the twins, might as well have your 3 top skaters out on one line when youre down a goal...

Exactly, WD hears criticism that he plays Dorsett more than the Sedins when down a goal....solution play Sedins with Dorsett.

I don't understand how he has been so hesitant to put Vrbata back on that line for an extended stretch, they did pretty okay last year. Vrbata has been nonexistent on Bo's line as well.

lol well since Dorsett is eating up all those minutes in the last bit of the games at least this insures the Sedins will be out there with him. The sheer genius of WD...

Ottawa would be an ideal trading partner but we would likely need to take back some salary. Perhaps Cowen and that 1st?

Even then I would want more edler as Cowen won't ever be more than a physical stay at home player.

Cowen, chabot, 1st. Cowen has little value.

The longer the Sedin's continue to excel and remain criticized by other fan bases, it becomes beyond ridiculous.

Both in the top 100 points all time.
Scoring leaders on their team.
Stand up community members.
Super tough, take tons of abuse and are hardly ever injured.
Loyal, team guys.

I mean, if these guys were Canadian they'd be hero's.
I think the way they handle themselves is note worthy.
Stand up guys.

respect.

After looking at top 100 pt list, a few things jump out.

Who the F is Neal Broten?
#98 all time, American Forward from the 1980's? Never heard of him.

Also. Ray Ferraro had a much better career than i would have guessed. #106 all time currently.

Jagr is immortal.
