Canadian dollar under 70 cents US. Going to be tough for Canadian teams moving forward.
Nice work Red Wings fans, way to ruin it for everyone else. |

Don't think it happens. Draft day buddy, that's when we finally get our d-man of the future - neem55
JB has shown a propensity to trade for young players (Vey, Sven, Clendening, Etem), with a pretty good result imo.

It started with Lucic, I just reread the conv. between you, Mungo and I. Go reread it. - A_SteamingLombardi
yes we did....and I respoded to a DIFFERENT post about the sedins and clearly the sedins were mentioned BY ME all through the post....which had NOTHING to do with the conversation we were having. Why are you placing a different conversation into ours and commenting on it like it was? Ive been trying to straighten it out and you arent getting it.
Steamer, you and I have had many good conversations. So bro usually you are more on your game....I think maybe you are having an off day today. Which is OK, I had one of my own like 4 days ago or whatever it was.
Take a break and come back or something like that and lets talk more. We can finish our original topic. |

I read the finance news, they're saying it could bottom out to less than $0.50 and that's a scary proposition since inflation is already attacking food prices. Most of our produce (staples) is grown in the US and Mexico and a low dollar makes them triply expensive when you factor in all the costs involved in shipping, import duties and the like. |

Other then John Scott would only cost you like 500k. Lucic will likely be 6 million more then that ...but yeah sure why not. - Bullfrog77
Other than Lucic can actually play hockey and would put points up on the board. JOhn Scott likely gets waived after 3 games and JB or WD get fired for being morons. |

I agree, but I also think d is a tough one. Clendenning was not a good pickup, clearly. I do hope you're right. I was posting yesterday maybe one of Anahiems young guys as they have a deep pool. But why us instead of some other team with good assets

My buddy works for a big tomato company, said prices are sky high and stores won't carry their us grown tomatoes (winter) because they are now too expensive. It's going to hit hard soon. No more traveling to the states either.
So many uneducated voters out there, just ridiculous how dumb the vast majority of people were to vote for the red wings. |

Should we have voted Blues? He's even worse, and people don't trust the Oilers because they rarely do a good job at the AHL level, they don't want to risk NHL. |

there we go....have a charity game to support these players post career...
the waiver wire all star team event.
it'll either be slow and bad or resurrect a few careers with a good showing

I am really looking forward to watching them play the best team in the league. We seem to play quite well against the better teams excluding Dallas and LA. They kick the $hit out of us every time.
Man do I feel like a drink tonight its been a couple weeks. Anybody every tried See Ya Later Ranch VQA? |

Coho can be an alternate captain
too soon?
Higgins in on there too, of course.
Edit: I'm hoping Weber makes the team soon enough |
