Brock Nelson and Dal Colle for Moulson and Franson?!?!?!?! I have read some crazy stuff from you but this had to top it off. If we added Ennis and a 2nd it still might not be enough.

Franson and Moulson could maybe get Nelson by himself. The Sabres would still have to eat some salary if I was GM Snow to make me want to pick up the phone. But I doubt that would be enough.

Sabres should trade Moulson, with a pick outside the 2nd round, to a team like Detroit for Kyle Quincey.. Or any LHD

I'm all for the idea of making a move to reunite Nelson with Eichel... and in the process reuniting Moulson with Tavares isn't a horrible concept. That being said, the Islanders would demand much more for their team's leading goal scorer (Nelson has 18 goals and 28 points). I think Ennis would definitely need to be included for this deal to make any sense for the Islanders. Whether or not they would have any interest in acquiring Franson is unknown, but possibly if the rumors of Hamonic to Edmonton for Ryan Nugent-Hopkins have any truth to them. Maybe a 3-way trade between Buffalo, Edmonton and the Islanders would be feasible in some shape or form?

Any player we would have even a remote interest in on the Sabres would be on your off limits list. You wouldnt give up what we would need for Nelson and why would we trade him? It makes zero sense. Ennis does nothing to help a deal for Nelson. Like not at all.

Honestly? No. I doubt anyone would trade for Moulson with the horrid offense he's put up since returning to blue and gold. Do I think teams would want him? Yes, but they would wanna buy low and for sure no one is gonna pony up a major piece of any NHL ready starter on their current roster. Maybe they do get involved in a NYI-EDM-BUF three way trade yet they'd have to give some serious pieces to get anything of value. Maybe they move Ennis, Franson, Moulson and maybe even more just to get a player like Yakupov when all is said and done

Maybe I should've wrote about how Drouin wants to play in Montréal, Toronto and Buffalo and he's making his agent push hard for it.
