I think my least favourite jersey is our current one. Why do we need to put Vancouver above the logo? How many other teams have their name in the logo. I mean I still have a current jersey but really come on now.

With the higgins comments I wonder why the canucks just didnt buy him out. Pretty poor attitude to have considering he was getting more minutes and chances then any of the young guys.

I think if you know he is gonna clear waivers you do it. Buyouts are a last resort. Him not having any fun is sign he was't getting along in the locker room. Tortarella was right about one thing when he was here, the room/team was stale.

I can't speak for anyone here but this has been a positive year of change. I like what is happening and where things are going. Sure we hit rock bottom in December and had way too many injuries but we are a way better team than I thought we would be this year. I never thought we would be near where we are in the standings. This road trip was a real test. I thought regardless of the shots aloud we played pretty well. The Pittsburgh game could have gone either way.

I'm pretty sure buyouts can only happen during a couple of specific windows in the offseason. I don't think it's an option with Higgins until the end of the year.

The Pittsburgh game was so damn frustrating. We dominated for 50 minutes. Losing that game, and the lack of out-of-town scoreboard help that they got over the weekend was a kick in the nuts

The only way Stamkos makes 10mil after escrow is to be paid $12,195,121 and no one is doing that.

Just minutes ago the Team 1040 just said the NHL has put voting for expansion on hold because of Escrow. Conveniently also the delay take part the same time the arena is being built in Seattle . When the voting freeze ends should be right around the same time the arena is ready paving the way to Seattle Vegas expansion, leaving it even numbered both East and West
