Who should they replace Umberger with, Weal?

Titanic -chairs

Do you not see the reasoning in using weal instead of RJ? its supposed to be about the future no?

One thing I've enjoyed about this and last season leading up the TDL is just a feeling of almost certainty Hexy is going to do something to help us succeed in the near future. That only a deal will be made to take a step forward. Seems we can kiss the head scratching Homer days goodbye.
- arichardson22

I really hope that Hextall doesn't make head scratching moves like Holmgren made such as acquiring Timonen, Briere, Hartnell,Voracek, Simmonds, Couturier, Gostisbehere, Raffl, running the draft when Giroux was selected, etc.

but what about all the complaining that ensued earlier, that's for nothing now??
- funmaster18

Couple that with Couturier being out long term.

I don't care if he has zero points if the line he plays with plays well and creates chances and isn't a liability on the ice. RJ went 50 games without a goal. I think we can weal or anyone else a few games to try and score.

You know Homer looks like the greatest GM when you only highlight his good stuff. Hexy stinks.

With Couturier healthy, the Flyers have 14 forwards. Even with Umberger scratched, that doesn't mean Weal has to play.

Well why highlight his good stuff when you can just ignore that, and just focus on the bad stuff!

Weal is a healthy scratch according to Dave Isaac.

Voracek-G-Simmer
Gagner-Coots-Schenn
VDV-PEB-White
Raffl-Laughton-Read

MDZ-Ghost
Schultz-Streit
Medvedev-Gudas

The 4th line looks great to me. Hopefully it's actually used as the 3rd line.

I am ok with this lineup.

Agree I hope the Laughton line can be used as more of a 3rd line tonight.

And playing Gagner with Couturier is the best way to try and build up his trade value.

Couturier has already shown enough to be worth a 1st+ IMO...not sure how Gagner will help

Gagner can help by finally getting shutdown Seanie, career 3C, to start scoring.

How is Stolarz doing? Would they bring him up if the back up is actually going to play? or would they being up Labarera and park him on the bench until Neuvy is back?
