As far as I'm concerned, we don't need to be going after any more Russians period. Yakimov (frank)ed off back to Russia. So did Belov. So did Zharkov. Slepyshev will most likely do the same. I like Yakupov but his development has been so stunted by this organization, he needs a fresh start somewhere else.
