Intriguing pattern in your Shultz numbers: both Hall and RNH (especially RNH) seem to do better with Shultz on the ice with them. This is not by any means a defense of Shultz, but that can't just be ignored in your analysis.
He's certainly not a defenseman in either league, he doesn't know what a corner looks like & certainly doesn't know the position at all - he's proven that since he entered the league.
I wonder if in another Org he wouldn't have reached his potential because they would have been more patient with him. Either way it looks like you guys dodged a huge bullet.
The oiler once again handled a player totally wrong!!! Yes he isn't playing good at all but really who has been his mentor these years?????am a little bias cuz I know the kid. And he is a fantastic young man!!!!!!! The only mistake he made was choosing the oilers if he stayed with the ducks he had d men and other vets that would have properly teach him to play in this league!! Carma is a female dog.

If he came to the Nucks which was also mentioned he might have looked much better behind hamhuis, tanev and edler or even like you suggested the ducks.
