doesn't matter even if they do because the guy who replaces him will still be able to snake a puck through 97 guys in front of the net w/ 12 seconds left to tie it up the next time they play us.....
not trying to bash anyone but the last three games G, jake and schenn have been absent in the scoring. in the nyr and caps games another point from any one (but those guys are the 'stars') would likely have netted us 4 pts instead of the 1 we managed against the rags. last night i don't know if it would have mattered much. it seems like we can't get the secondary scoring when those guys score and vice versa

Also, fwiw, people who watch a ton of Sarnia games say Konecny could be their first star every game. It's not even as if he's the sidekick to Zacha and company.

I just looked, Barzal's having a pretty monster season. I thought he'd be gone in the top-10. If NJ took Provorov, that's who I wanted the Flyers to grab.

What really stands out is just how effing good the Isles draft was. They completely robbed EDM and got 2 fantastic forwards
