The Flyers are in the 14th spot right now, and if they stay around I'd be OK with taking Tyson Jost. Hes' tearing up the BCHL as a 17 year old, but is committed to UND next season. After that I think he could play in the AHL as a 19 year old.

No need to sell Neuvirth.
I highly doubt anyone will come calling for Streit (his goose is cooked and his cap hit doesn't justify his level of play).
Gagner is UFA after this season so that's a wrap for him.
Shultz might have a suitor or 2 because of his hometown discount deal he signed here but I wouldn't place a bet on it.
Raffl might have some suitors but I don't really see a rush to move him. What exactly would you get in return? A 2nd round pick at best? Doubtful.

I really like what I've heard about Jost. And there's zero chance Hakstol didn't scout him last year. If Flyers pick outside 10, he's one of my favorites. Have to believe he's on their radar too.

I believe the only jerseys that should be retired are for hall of famers personally.

And I'm rather surprised, considering the Stewart suit, that the people I hear talking about it think E makes it into the HHOF this year. I hope so. But I thought for sure he'd be penalized for that.

I don't think any of those player's numbers should be retired. I'm not a fan of retiring numbers. Honor the player, not the number. That's why there is a Flyers Hall of Fame.

I like Dave Hakstol. Think he's done a pretty good job for being a rookie coach and never having coached at the NHL level.

I'd say the Flyers would win tonight, but as someone mentioned it's a give away night (bobble head), so year, it's a loss.
