Ok article...6'2 190 pound two way center. Very good skater. I'm not sure how much of his production is due to playing with Nylander though. Sure they complement each other. Projected between 10-15 I think.

Good size n wheels for a RH C.
Can always start out as a winger if he's the BPA.
A 200' player tells me he knows what it takes to be a winner.
Bo has show how the ups your stock.
As much as i want a top D 1st round if none r rated above him
I have no probs taking McLeod n let JB mine for D later in the draft.
Right now the way JB is moving assets who knows what can happen.

Vatanen would be nice, but would the ducks do it? There'd be no Vatanen for PO's, Hammer would be gone in summer and maybe Vrbatta too. Basically retain nothing.

For that reason I doubt Vatanen gets traded before draft weekend. But Lets just hope ducks do something dumb on their part like pull trigger on that very trade

No matter what i want i'm betting Murray pulls off something big.

Also LA is always makin moves at this time a year n injuries r making
it highly likely they won't be quiet.

Teams in playoffs dont unload good players they need for their run. They trade picks only or players that wont factor in their cup run. Vatanen wont move till the draft.

Totally agree n why i said Theodore as well.

I hope Willie keeps Sven-Bo-Jake together for the rest of the season. Let them develop some more chemistry. They could be exciting to watch next year. Good start for Granlund too!

He was showcasing. He has some good tools which intrigue , but over an 82 game he has a lot of dog day games in the last month. He started off the season ok also

Whether or not he remains a Canuck if he ever learns to curb his decisions n play a sound game he would be a sound 3rd pair D man. If not traded he needs to finish strong n show no relapses cuz the boy can skate but his gaffs r big time.
At worst he resigns at a discount while we draft n groom new players.
Tbh next year we won't look too pretty but the kids will be fine if what we've seen continues. There will be pain as Babs said in TO but its sufferable by the looks of recent draft picks n trades.

LA n Anaheim r not in our range but in 2-3yrs it can be so.

Once the TDL passes n the dust settles the big priority will be cap management for a few years n JB better be on the ball or hire someone to do it.

Once the Sedins contracts expire their class will show thru again n they will take another hometown discount at a very friendly price. JB will retire them as Canucks n they will do what we need to keep the cap manageable.

The thing I like this past week is we are seeing change. JB gave a bit of an insight saying we. Are trading for now and the next 3 years. They are not trading for 5 years from now.

Granlund had chemistry immediately with Etem and Vey and the third line gets scoring chances.

JB traded for a PMD earlier in the week.

Nice to see change. It is time to let go of some of these defensive D men with no O upside. We need one or two not 4 or 5
