I have seen those rare objects

Most of the people working are in concession stands and security and are paid buy a 3rd party.

There's probably less than 15% of people working at NHL events that are paid by the NHL.

Teams had tickets available for past year drafts. Free on ticket master , but, there was a 3-8 dollar process fee. Before you go all chimp poop on the Sabres charging . (cause Florida didn't last year) A YEAR AGO ! wait till next year and you will see it will be the norm.

It's 1900 miles of mostly unpatrolled nothing up here. You can just walk across and nobody would know.
