your hope, percentage wise is probably the least likely.

I would say that if anything Van needs a pass happy playmaker to help out henrik. Most of the players from last season are a 50/50 on goals and assists.

I know, but he'd help the franchise the most. The team needs a number one center to replace Hank first, quality top four dmen and depth dmen second, top six winger third and depth wingers last.

Victor Hedman took five years to come into his own, now after his seventh season, at 25 years of age, he's really become a difference maker for Tampa. We need one of those guys!

Mikael Granlund had a career high 44 points this year (24 yrs old), he's 5'10" 185 lbs, probably why Minny has issues with the bigger Western teams.

I think minny problem has more to do with trading for under performing players at the tdl every year. with massive contracts. IMO.

what is your reasoning for that? I wish youd posted a reason.

Watch Stamkos will come back a game in and be a game changer or something like that.

- SMBDragon

I just feel PIT is deeper and riding that hot goalie can be huge. PIT just took out the best team in Hockey in WAS with relative ease and TBAY really has had a pretty easy road so far. Even with Stamkos back if he returns I don't think it will matter. Most analysts said prior to the WAS-PIT series that one of those teams was going to the cup final...spot on so far. Plus Malkin and Crosby are due for a big series...don't think TBAY will have an answer.

stralman could return for TB. Wonder if the Pens D can keep playing above themselves.

Or doughty. Draft is a crap shoot in not only picking the right guy but getting lucky that you have the right picks in the right year.

looking at mock drafts this year compared to 2017 and it seems we would have a better chance at getting a D this year then next.

yeah, ever since they got suter and parise they have been just mediocre. Couple of years they will be like Van and have some down years most likely.
