Except that he broke some of Schneider's records I believe. Schneider is a pretty damn good goalie. I always see goalies low on prospect lists. I don't recall many of the top goalies in the league as being very high on then in the past. Bishop was traded for a 3rd i believe.

How long does Demko need in the minors? If he ends up needing 2 years, who do we sign to replace miller as backup next year? We need somebody halfway decent, the team kinda depends on above average goaltending.

Top of the morning to you sir. Twitter is full of Howe tributes, I guess it's the demo of who I follow. Seemed like Howe was hanging on for dear life the last 10 years. They kept reviving him. Made me think of a movie.

Schneider played 3 years of college, then 3 years in the AHL. Ottawa had pretty much given up on Bishop. Goalies take longer. 19 year old Demko isn't going to be like 18 year old Sam Bennett.
I'm just not expecting to see Demko for at least 2 years.
