Dave Matthews Band is now a shell of itself. They all got lazy and bored with writing new material.

I can see how people might not like Phish and the culture around it (it's pretty terrible, IMO) but to call them untalented musicians is asinine. If I'm not mistaken they pretty much all have degrees in music theory and composition. They're very talented, although I can see how they might not be someone's cup of tea.

I think "worth" is relative. Umberger was getting 4.5mil and Hartnell as well.

Wayne Simmonds is a better hockey player so far in his career than Schenn has shown, but Simmonds only got 3.9mil a year.

This is about as short sited as it gets. Schenn played one game less than Simmonds this season and had one point less. Schenn is also younger.

Bold statement time. Schenn will prove to be a better point production player than Simmonds in the long run.

the new material is largely lackluster for the most part.

but they still absolutely totally deliver live. the only complaint is that the laziness has started to seep into setlist selection. but the performance still rivals pretty much anyone as far as a live conveyance.
