Criminal trespass sounds like refusing to leave when told. That will probably be a fine.
The non-criminal harassment counts are something very common. Usually it's a ACD staying out of trouble for 6-12 months. With him he will probably get that on top of community service. The real question is can he stay out of trouble for a year?
Pegula should suspend him for 10-20 games though.

I don't think we should dump him just yet either. But he needs punishment, and suspending him 20 games hurts us more than helps us.
