I get that but Morgan Rielly got his deal done fairly quickly. And while there's no rush they're obviously apart in some area.

It took Ennis quite a while to get his deal done. Way into September. Granted that was a different year with the lockout, but still RFAs always take longer because there's no urgency. And this is a big contract to get done too. I don't think it's a no brainer like a lot of people seem to.

Its not a no brainer because there are still some question marks, thats why i ask. Is one side unwilling to commit long term? or is there $ amount they wont go over or settle for?
