One of my co-workers (who left) was extremely hot... I was one toenail away from creating my Realdoll version of her.

People get so worked up over what hand a defender is. The difference being the slight advantage for 1 timers, passes (most importantly break out passes) and playing the puck along the boards. However I have never heard a professional team so worried about playing a LD on the right side.

Yes. A right D would be great and ideally the Oilers can address that need but you don't sit a significantly better player just for the slight advantage being right handed offers. Especially when we are talking about third pairing minutes.

At this point, play the better player.

Also, Chiarelli sucks. He has overpaid huge for the three defenders he has added. Rienhart might never be an NHL player but we paid a ton for him. Sekeras is a solid 3-4 guy but he gets 5.5 mil with a NTC and on a long term deal. Then Larsson is picked up at the cost of their most consistent and highest point producing forward. Larsson might be good but he hasn't shown that yet. There were many good FA defenders and they landed none.

Well now that you put it that way, it sounds pretty important.

I'm guessing this is an obvious troll? Hallfan...

Your post flirts with the truth here and there just enough to try to get someone to point out all the many things wrong with it.

Not going to fall for it... this time.

I'm guessing you've read (frank) all about Larsson and seen him play maybe a partial shift or two. Or you're being intentionally obtuse.

good write-up. I got all the way to paragraph 6 before you mentioned the word "corsi" when I stopped reading. The first 6 paragraphs made sense though, I agree that he'd be a rather low risk signing and a decent utility guy back there on the 3rd pairing.
- JLO961

He also hasn't blogged about how much he dislikes the Hall trade in like the past 2 or 3 blogs.

Aren't you a Devils fan now? I thought you were included in the trade? That's the only thing that made it a fair deal. Devils get Hall and you, Oilers get Larsson and the rest of the fans didn't have to listen to your senseless drivel.
